Adults workshop


These workshops are for beginners to daily cooks who want to discover or expand their cooking skills and knowledge of nutrition. They menu is vegetarian, seasonal and responding to the specificities of the addressed themes.

In these workshops, I will give you tips on organization and practical methodology, straight from professional kitchens thanks to my 10 years of experience in semi-gastronomic and gastronomic establishments.

Course of the workshop


1 – We will begin the workshop with a theoretical part through an educational support. This will allow me to provide you with the fundamental tools for understanding the theme of the day as well as the major nutritional exes that emerges from it. This way you can keep track of what we have discussed together. I will take this opportunity to question your knowledge and/or your preconceptions.


2 – We will then go to the kitchen for the practical realization of the menu.


3 – Then we will share a friendly moment of tasting our culinary achievements and discuss nutrition and the thoughts that will have emerged over the course of this session.
